I haven’t received the muffler I ordered due to an internal package issue at the Global Muffler. Which delayed my order to be accepted by the courier on their end. But after calling customer service they assured a new muffler was sent again. I can track the order through Purolator which should arrive September 1/26. Also after ordering the muffler it was not explained at on line orders that I would have to pay an extra $25.00 for shipping. This should have been stated prior to checkout. I did not realize this until 3 days after the order. Other than that customer service was very good but I am still waiting for the muffler.
Amazingly it was a perfect fit for my 2016 Golf.
Almost $1,000 cheaper than a new VW supplied one.
